Products are good with respect to the rates. Delivery services are worst, even without receiving the product they can show the product delivered, which is a criminal act . In order to this the custmer support are also worst. They show only sorry. They don't resolve the issue. I have paid rupees for a product, and in return I have been receiving only to listen words of sorry for inconvience.

I placed an order through this app, and despite providing the correct address, the delivery address was incorrect. The address appears correctly on the app, but the courier service receives it wrong. Even after updating the address multiple times, the package was not delivered. It was a very disappointing experience, and customer service was not helpful either. If they want the app to be reliable, they really need to fix their address system and ensure accurate delivery.

Very Very bad experience because when ever I order the product successfully, ORDER file always shows empty and I couldn't track my order...disgusting...I placed a order successfully on 26th of July but till today [ 10 August ] my product is not delivered and nor I couldn't track that order, neither any message from BigHaat
