I purchased the Pro subscription,expecting access to all premium features,but most of the content was either inaccessible or wouldn't load. After reinstalling the app,I lost all my progress, and my Pro subscription was no longer reflected.None of the Pro content is showing, and despite reaching out to customer support,I have yet to receive any response.This experience has been incredibly frustrating & I feel cheated.I hope the developers fix these issues soon, but for now,I won't recommend this.

Hello English is really good app to learn how to speak in English and how to write in English. I use this app more than one year now and I can give you my personal opinion which is really help you to understand this app interface. In this app you can find basic courses for beginner level learners and as well as advanced level learners. You can attend live classes and speak to the teacher directly.You can find Daily quizzes, article, stories, new words and also have dictionary, and many more.so🤟

The application suddenly stop working , also, the world of the day didn't show every day. For example, since December 21, 2023 until now I didn't receive the word of the day. I will delete it soon because it is not useful. Started June 1st, 2024 the application is freezing and everyday giving me the same lesson and no word of the day, also no daily bounce. It's the worst app. I have ever seen.I will delete it soon.
