Ambient LED Flashlight is the newest flashlight application for Android that is both easy to use, and convenient. Whether you want a push on / push off button, shake to activate feature, or a light/dark sensor, this application does it all.

It uses the ambient light sensor on your device to determine whether to turn on or off the camera LED. This helps to save battery.

Ambient lighting not working in a dark room, and it doesn't shut off in bright daylight. But regular flashlight works fine. Nexus 4

Sensor works great while the app is running but it doesn't work when the screen is off/locked.
