• If you are already have an active internet banking account, simply download the app, log in using your Internet Banking User ID, and password, and you’re ready to go!
• If you haven’t signed up to Internet Banking Service, register through the app and then call Khushhali Bank Helpline on (051) 111-047-047 to activate your internet banking account.

I recently opened a bank account and attempted to register on the Khushali Bank app. However, I encountered an issue during the registration process. Despite completing my details, I was unable to proceed as the app only allowed alphabetical characters. Frustrated, I contacted the bank's customer support and spoke with a representative named Kiran. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her

Very poor..👎👎 Password expires😳 & creating new password is so difficult. Can you believe it 11 tyep of restrictions on creating password.It should be coustomors choice..💔 There should be forget password option on the app..is there...??? Instead of making it simple you guys made it complicated. You should go at least 1 step a head but you are no way near. That's how you guys compete to other banks.? I think it's time to wake-up ..

Areas which need improvement on urgent basis: 1. Please expand the list of banks for IBFT. EASYPAISA/tameer/telenor microfinance bank is a must add. 2. Login method is very complex and takes a lot of time. Please add the option of using FINGERPRINT to login. 3. App itself is very SLOW and takes a lot of time to process. 4. USER INTERFACE is poor and outdated, kindly refer to the apps by other banks like UBL and HBL to get an idea about how to improve the UI of this app.
