Having to add images of the receipt AND still keep the receipt for a year is absolutely ridiculous, but is classic Blue Cross... making submissions harder than necessary. As for the app itself, working off on my laptop through the website is way less clunky and awkward. So, from this point forward, I will take photos with my phone, then download them to my laptop, and submit through the website... until Blue Vross disables that ability. When I retire I will leave Blue Cross and go to Manulife.

I had problems with my app before, but now it won't recognize my password. I can log into my account on the web, but the app won't do it. Pretty terrible. I un-installed and reinstalled. Same problem. Update: I cleared the cache. Works now. Still do not like this app. It's clunky compared to the web app, and you can not sort by claim number to find your claim.

there's seems a bug that needs to be fixed. upon hitting "sign in" or " your coverage, claims & forms" the app shuts instantly. tried multiple times but it didnt seem to work. the app was working great prior to the last update.
