The Travis Credit Union Mobile App gives you access to your money and an array of online financial tools whenever and wherever you need them. We’re focused on your financial wellness, so our app is loaded with great features that make managing your money quick, easy and convenient.

You can review balances and transaction histories, transfer funds between TCU accounts and view images of checks posted to your account. You can also access our free Bill Pay system to schedule and pay your recurring monthly bills.

If you’re splitting the tab with friends or want to send someone money electronically, we’ve partnered with Zelle® so you can make person-to-person payments directly from the App.

* Mobile Deposit is available only to members who meet certain eligibility requirements. TCU’s standard check hold policy applies to deposits made using Mobile Deposit. Checks deposited after 3 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. The daily limit for mobile deposit is $20,000; the weekly limit: $40,000, the monthly limit is $60,000.

I have been having issues opening the app and now have to uninstall the app and hope that it works when I install it again. It lags and is overall a bad experience. I hope it gets fixed or updated at least. Update: won't allow me to sign in or when it does the app states that there's an error. Update: this continues to be the worst banking app. I have tried using the Zelle feature and my money will say sent and never reach the recipient. Ever. I tried calling didn't help.

Please call our Contact Center at 800-877-8328 while you are experiencing the blank screen when using our app. If you can provide us the IP address your mobile device is using at that time we can track the problem and resolve it for you. Worst banking app. They obviously don't thoroughly test their changes, before it was slow, now you can't get past the fast balance, it's just a white screen. Update: Still one star. Amateurs at managing their app. I shouldn't have to call their tech team to troubleshoot a problem that multiple users are having. That defeats the purpose of mobile banking. Fix your app! If you can't figure it out, hire an expert!

We apologize for the poor performance of the application. We are working to make improvements to the functionality as well as add new features. When failing to get past the Fast Balance screen please call us at 800-877-8328, we can track and resolve that issue by the IP address you are using at the time. Thank you for your membership.

11/15/21 Decided to give it another try. I've switched phones twice and upgraded. Where it did load, balances didn't match what I had on the website. And it wouldn't allow me to setup biometric (fingerprint). I'll continue to be sticking with the website. 10/20/20 App hasn't worked for a few weeks. Way too hit and miss. I'll be sticking to the website for consistency.
