Advertised the ability to use e-check, couldn't submit an e-check. UI looks worse than my college capstone project. Was apparently logged out for inactivity...while using the camera to take a picture of the check. No way to save the progress of a transaction, so if you need to back out for any reason you need to enter all of the information in again. And again. And again. This is embarrassing. Can't believe the biggest purchase of my life depends on this.

Like everyone else, I've found this app to be completely non user friendly. Scans of a check immediately sent without confirming information first. No payment history. No way to cancel if something was wrong. Terrible design and execution. Not sure why any property managers would use this when online payment systems exist. I rent out a property where signing up, payment, and transaction history are simple and easily tracked. Not sure how you even fix this without starting from scratch.

Horrible app for several reasons: NOT intuitive, gave directions but missing several key points, I entered an address and the app kept inputting my gps location. One good thing is that they did solve the issues relatively quickly otherwise I would have given it a zero if I could. It would be easier just to go down to the title office and hand the check over. Very frustrating.
