I wanted to vote during the finale (2024), so I downloaded this app. Unfortunately, you have to log in to vote. There is nowhere to sign up for an account from the app. So I went to the ABC website and the same thing there. Only a way to log in, but nowhere to sign up. I'll bet sign up shows up after the finale is over! Very disappointing! Time to uninstall...

I'm having the self-same (to similar) type of problems with my own Android telephone as with the above reviewer. I've now "downloaded" the app a second time. Hopefully this will work out properly. Otherwise I don't know how to contact the app's developer so as to inform them of the problem in entering the app after having already "signed-up." The computer program doesn't recognize myself. Why?

This is a HORRIBLE app. I have tried to vote using this. My password is good but app says I need to make a new password. The choices are Update Password and Skip. I have tried BOTH MANY MANY times but nothing happens except the little circle keeps spinning around and around. This is Not fair to the contestants when some people can vote using the app and some people cannot vote using the app.
