Booked for the new Wellington site last night, received a message before my film saying to check in online and skip the lines&head straight to the cinema. Got to the cinema with my online ticket only to be sent away and told to line up for my glasses, even though I did exactly what the app had said. Missed 10mins of Avatar. Many people recieved the same instructions and were also late because of this. Not fair on your staff having to deal with annoyed customers. App doesnt match site procedures

I used the app to buy tickets but I paid $1.50 more for each seat and still had to queue up to get the ticket printed. The session wasn't sold out so I wasted time and money using this app. But it did work.
