I was unable to login the app as a new user, I went the ATM and do all those steps that the app request me to do. At the end, it's stated that my tac number is mismatched with your system. Even though I updated and switched new password still unable to use the app. Wasting my time!! And then I wanna try logging in laptop, and it request me to use the app for better banking experience??? The reason that I use laptop to login is because this app was unusable. What a bad experience!!

Seriously very bad experience using your apps! I registered your saving account and the bank staff told me my account and online banking is ready to use, but end up I can't even transfer funds now using your app or website. Seriously??? Only money can transfer in but can't even transfer out? Not even user friendly at all!!!

I have encountered black screen after black screen with this app. When I call customer service to get help for the problem, all they told me to do is to delete and reinstall my app and said it was possibly a problem with my phone. At first, it worked for 5 minutes but it keeps crashing over and over. I have deleted and reinstalled this app over 4 times and the same error has popped up again and again. Other banking apps work completely fine Please fix your app!
