Application that proposes a new 5S audit format that automatically adjusts to the environment to be audited, the audit report can be issued by the system immediately after concluding the audit.
It works supported by a web version that manages all groups of auditors, linking them with the sectors and responsible parties to be audited.
The novel aspect is that it manages the fixed point photos of each sector, keeps a record of all the audits carried out and also allows managing additional follow-up visits for the auditee to raise observations.
It can be used to carry out autonomous maintenance audits and is integrated with other pre-existing systems such as ISO systems and others.
