Our mobile banking application allows you to check balances, transfer funds, view transactions and check messages from anywhere, anytime. It’s fast, free and available to all of our online banking users. With this app you can do the following:
- Check balances 24/7
- View pending transactions
- Create, approve, cancel or view funds transfers
- View transaction history
- Send and receive secure messages
- Access branch hours and location information

Ratings and reviews

Ive only had a handful of issues since installing the app, but they were resolved expeditiously. Thank You Alta One After using the app for some time, I am pleased to say how easily navigatable it is. The menu button at the bottom right reveals a simple, comprehensive list of banking related services. So far, I haven't had any more issues and am confident it will remain as such going forward. Will not work with a S8. uninstalled and re installed 10 time. I think the software people made it for iPhones . Removed app from phone. I believe the app has a connection problem to account data. I can enter past words and change pass codes but when it starts loading account data it just loads and loads and loads. It also will not let you exit. My phone works with all the other app that are installed

In house payments (from AltaOne account to AltaOne account) never post same day. The system was down for days. Calling them doesn't help. All the employees play the blame game. I hate major banks, but AltaOne has left me no choice but to return to them because there's nothing else up here. Mobile payments take up to 3 days apparently, which only was told to me today. Every other employee since March has said 24 hours tops. This whole "bank" is a scam.
