New app sucks. Can't get into my account, and I can't get help via the phone. Finally got them to respond via email just to say to call in if I need help which is not working. I mean did they even test the new app before switching over. The old app never updated. It just kept having saying there was an error. So I installed the new app but the old app remained until I manually removed. Upgrades shouldn't do this. But now, I don't have any problems with the new app.

The app isn't at fault... Instead, the credit union's back-end seems to be to blame. I get locked out on a browser just as often. It won't accept my password and I am careful about inputting it correctly. The only improvement that I would like to see in the app is a more detailed description of transactions.

This app used to be ok but now it's buggy as all hell. I'm switching credit unions on account of it. A financial app this bad in 2024 is ridiculous and I'm done with it. It fails to connect half the time, locks out my account, won't allow me to add my wife as a second user, and now it's failing to read my checks via mobile deposit.
