The simplest way to request your XXRIDE ride – Here is how it works:

- Open the app and select your desired destination
- The app will automatically detect your location to identify your exact location to the driver
- Select the Ride type and see how much the ride will cost
- The car, the Driver and the Time of arrival of the Driver will show on the app
- Add and verify your credit/debit card details for payments or you may use the Cash option
- Provide the OTP showing on your app screen once you sit in the car
- Once the ride is done, you can rate your driver and provide us with feedback to help us improve the XXRIDE experience.
- You can check the receipt or open a dispute in case of any concern

Ratings and reviews

The app keeps giving me Server Error message. I assume it means it has problem connecting to the main server. Because of that every step from signing up to book a ride and adding payment was a struggle and took long time. Never ever I faced this with any rideshare provider! I used all the known ones, and I used some local ones when visiting other countries. This gives me real concerns about the health of this company.

Reading the nasty comments by some users and I'm surprised how XXRide can be judged like this in the first few months of launching, it is a good app (needs some bug fixing), prices are similar to other apps like careem, it is a start up and they need time to enhance their service just like any other new company, have some manners before rating 1 star. Tried it from my other device and it works just fine and you got yourself a new customer. Best of luck.

No the best for me perhaps better for the next person. No so user friendly and finding a ride was average searching time but the rider was always very fast from my location. Hope the service catches on it would be a nice addition to service some areas. Thanks
