I honesty don't know the issue with your app. I have been unable to log in to my account for almost a month, even with the correct pen number and my password. The log in will just keep loading until it brings time out. I have also update the app. still the same thing. I will appreciate if some from you team can look into this.

Before now I could log in fine and access what I wanted, now I can't even log on. It tries to log me on then comes up with "oh something went wrong" or "update app". I have removed the app and reinstalled it, but I still get the two at different times. I contacted Arm via email for help and they sent me a link that doesn't even work. 😡😡😡

Something is obviously wrong with this app, I just finished downloading the app and was about to register when a notification popped up telling me update the app that there is a new feature. how do I update an app I downloaded less than a minute aga, and even when I clicked and was redirected to playstore there was no option to update, obviously because I just downloaded. this was a terrible first experience especially considering that I was save and invest my money in an app that I can't acces
