It does everything I need it to do and makes setting some parameters quicker and easier than scrolling through the optics menu. Latency is pretty low when streaming. Overall, it's reliable, useful, functional and easy to use.

Worst app performance ever. Once connected it will not open app. Constantly shutting down and will not function at all. For what was paid, and all the headache involved with this thermal, I will never purchase one again and will push everyone I know, or who is interested, away from atn. After all these years they still can't make their trash function.

When selecting the settings, or environment functions the app closes. The gallery, reticle, and profile sections work. Is there a better option than this app? Update... hoping you have the fix coming soon. Wold like to start setting things up. Just updated the app, and it works as it should. Thanks for fixing it.

Thank you for your feedback. The problem was with some updates to the latest Android version affecting wireless interfaces. We have fixed, and tested a version that includes a hotfix for this issue. We began rolling out the fixed version a couple of days ago. Please update the app and check its functionality; it should now be working correctly.
