So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have went with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.

Awful app. You add something to engrave image, text it goes outside the area, you save everything is gone. You can't use it!

very interesting app. I got it to understand more about the lasers and what you can do with them before i buy one. the looks to be some very good project on there.
