Ratings and reviews

In their new system/app, they dont have the feature to extract bank statement for current month, literally every bank has this most basic feature. How come their system is getting updated but their features are reducing, not increasing

It is good app but when I installed it first time it was not giving the statement option as official but after using more than one year the official option of the statement become available and the rate of time deposit need to update.

It doesn't open and keep showing pop up message that I need to update the application and whenever I do and update it still keeps showing the same pop up message and will not allow me to use the app. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it many times but the same pop up message showing, "the application needs to be updated. Tap here to update." You gotta fox this please 🙏
