I purchased Audi from Autel strore for AP200. Says need DIAG-VW to can use the software. DOESN'T WORK!!!! Says "WAITING " for few seconds then nothing happens. I unistall/install , same . Money on the window!!!

Just downloaded for first time. Opened app, asked to logon, so put my email and a password. Lo and behold it says this account does not exist. No way forward. How can an account exist when Ive only just downloaded the app.

Along with MANY other apps that Autel has i pay $21.99 for it dont work. Nor will they give me a refund. I cant stand these crooks...I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
