It's a good enough app with good functionality. I wish there was a way where you could review drivers who cancel on you two minutes ahead of a pre-booking though.

took someone else. Went out as soon as got text that driver had arrived. Could see on app that they were leaving going in another to direction to what I had booked. W What is the point of taking bookings??

Booked taxi 6 hours in advance, charged twice for an 'estimation price' only for it to not show up. They sent me texts about how busy they were and my ride was prioritised. Checked the app and I eventually had tracking and the driver was 4 minutes away! They disappear seconds later and I'm back to the booking confirmation page. Cancelled the booking, never using again. Is it crazy to suggest that maybe preordered taxis be prioritised?
