Disappointed with Service - Late Deliveries and Poor Communication. I have been using the Elezaby application for a while now, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Despite placing orders in advance, the deliveries are consistently late, and what's even more frustrating is the lack of response from the customer service team. I have made several attempts to contact customer support regarding my late orders, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

BEST SERVICE EVER. El Ezaby is hands down the smoothest shopping experience I've ever had, multiple times, and every time it's even better. whether in emergencies, or just casually dropping skincare, I love how smooth the app is, and what I love even more is how polite and cooperative the staff and the delivery men are. thanks for the consistently great experience.

Excellent app and client support. It offers a quick and seamless ordering process. I can order any item they have on the app, and they have quite a wide selection, and have it delivered to my home in the span of an hour. No delays, no bugs. Excellent service. Absolutely recommend.
