Dear Vintrica Support Team, I recently purchased a Vintrica Box for travel in Italy and enabled automatic payment for tolls and parking. However, I have not received any invoices or receipts for these transactions. Could you please advise me on how I can access or download the transaction details and invoices for my account? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt reply. PS am still in Italy will leave in two days

I do not recommend buying vignette from this company. If you need any help from their end, emails are ignored, live chat or phone support is always unreachable. I tried to contact them more than 20x without any response.

Nice app but prices for vignette is 20% higher than in official web site. That is too much.
