The app gets stuck on the login screen multiple times. Mant times I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work, and even then it says "could not send a push notification to your device for verification" and I have to click "choose another method". This is a banking app, it shouldn't be this buggy. The app doesn't even have the monthly statement options. It just shows the last 10 transactions. The old app was much better.

Tragic! I travel all the time. Impossible to get OTP. I have paid penalties because I couldn't pay off my credit card on time because of this application. I want to select an alternate method of receiving an OTP (email instead of push notification) and the selection is greyed out. I don't want to use my credit card any more because of this useless application.

Absolutely horrible. The old app worked extremely well and I could get my banking needs done with it within seconds. This app takes forever to load (if it ever allows you to log in). And once you are in, it is extremely slow, and makes me loose minutes over banking needs that otherwise would have taken me seconds to complete. I highly recommend you guys switch back to the old app, a much better and user-friendly app! No clue why you changed it (if it is not broken, then dont fix it)
