Seriously BBK? This app is getting from bad to worse! Now I have to use SMS OTP to get in, and use SMS OTP for every single transaction after that! I had to enter a new SMS OTP 6 times within a 4 minutes time span to pay 6 telephone bills. I find this easier to manage using the web-based mobile banking. So much for a banking app!! By the way, SMS messages are not free, particularly while roaming.

The app gets stuck on the login screen multiple times. Mant times I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work, and even then it says "could not send a push notification to your device for verification" and I have to click "choose another method". This is a banking app, it shouldn't be this buggy. The app doesn't even have the monthly statement options. It just shows the last 10 transactions. The old app was much better.

Absolutely horrible. The old app worked extremely well and I could get my banking needs done with it within seconds. This app takes forever to load (if it ever allows you to log in). And once you are in, it is extremely slow, and makes me loose minutes over banking needs that otherwise would have taken me seconds to complete. I highly recommend you guys switch back to the old app, a much better and user-friendly app! No clue why you changed it (if it is not broken, then dont fix it)
