Love, love, love this company's service! I've been using this company for indoor airport parking for YEARS. The level of safety, great customer service, fast response time and awesome employees will keep me as a customer for more years to come. However, the app sucks. It's glitchy, could be smoother, and a little more advanced for the those not tech savvy. It's not intuitive and doesn't include enough info. Hopefully they'll improve the app to the level of their parking service soon.

The parking service is great. The app does not store the reservation, so I have to sort through old emails. Other companies' apps store my reservations better. Could do better.
