About this app

You can easily use the easyJOB APP from your smartphone or tablet. It is seamlessly integrated into easyJOB and currently includes functions for appointment management and time recording.

The new version supports:
- NFC tags for recording working hours and breaks
- Shortcuts when long pressing the app icon

With the app, managing productive workdays just got a lot easier by helping you stay on top of things and save time.

Highlights:

- Have your private local calendar entries displayed in the context of your easyJOB appointments without them being imported into easyJOB.
- Enter your time entries quickly and conveniently in easyJOB; the times are updated in real time on all devices.

Manage appointments, tasks, & absences:

- Query existing easyJOB appointments and tasks
- Create new appointments and tasks
- Filter by employees and groups
- Manage your absences such as vacation, special leave and illness

Record times:

- Record new work, break/hour times
- View, change or delete written times
- Compare target times according to the working time model and recorded actual times
- Use start/stop function

- Consistent onboarding and usage tips
- Quick overview and access via the dashboard
- Easily create new appointments, tasks and time entries by tapping the blue “+” button
- Uncomplicated confirmation of the entry or selection of desired data with a tap on the check mark

Notes:

To use it, you need our agency software easyJOB from version 5.41 and an easyJOB APP license. It allows access to the app and, depending on your easyJOB license, determines what content you see there.
