The device itself it really cool! However, the app is not great at all. I've been having trouble keeping a charge, and I asked for help and I was told to email a random email, and I never got a reply. I've prompted them several times, and nothing. That's not my only problem. Two days ago, the AI stopped identifying birds. Can anyone help me?? I will give more stars if I get assistance.

Correcting an earlier poor review. Operator error. Yes, the app and setup are confusing at first but you can't make it please everyone since everyone wants something different from it. The pics are clear. You can adjust the sensitivity. Playback works once you get used to it. We are really enjoying the feeder and the app. Will probably get one for my elderly MIL to entertain her.

Poor design and broken functionality. This app is horrible and will not let you alter recording settings on the device, only functionally works for the cloud subscription. It also just hangs and hangs and freezes up on most things. I am returning my birdhouse for good simply because this app downgrades the experience immediately and the built in support is a joke that isn't any help
