PLEASE HELP!! I listen every week day morning for the morning cruise and jayar in the afternoon during the week. I live in louisville, Ky. Recently, I have been having a lot of trouble with the app not wanting to work. Sometimes, it starts fine, but lately, it has not been wanting to work, or if it does start to work, it will randomly just stop. I have a lot of issues with the app. Hope you can fix it, I really miss not being able to listen on my way to work or on my way home from work.

Updated review: I was having great difficulty with the app randomly stopping. I made sure it was updated, and that didn't help. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and that didn't help, so I just quit using the app and listened from the online player on the website. Today, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and so far, it's working again as intended. ................ I can connect to the app and play through my Bluetooth in the car when I'm out of the over air signal area.

Great station, horrible app! Does not reliably play. I had the same issue on my old phone, upgraded to a new top of the line Galaxy S10 and have the same problem. Joy FM announced a new app, same problem! This app plays for less than a minute then stops playing. I never have this issue with the iHeart radio app on my old or current phone. It doesn't matter how cosmetically an radio app looks if it doesn't play properly. Wish they would fix the back end on this app.
