most of the time I use this app to order some essential medications, and unfortunately, my experience is far from satisfactory. The delay is particularly frustrating as I needed the medication urgently. Despite the app's claims of timely delivery, they failed to meet their commitment, causing significant inconvenience and stress. While the app's interface is user-friendly and the ordering process is straightforward, the core promise of timely delivery was not fulfilled.

It's a horrible app don't use it. I ordered asthma meds from this app cause I was not in the shape to walk to the medical store and their outlets was not answering calls. After placing the order and waiting for 3 hours and not getting any update I called the number on the app. I was notified that I would be getting my meds in the morning instead of the 2 hours promised on the app. Completely horrible service.

Medicine was supposed to be delivered in two hours. It's been close to 18 hours and the medicine has not been delivered. The app still says order is being processed. I have been on hold with the customer care for the past 20 minutes and they are also not responding on the WhatsApp number either. All mediums of communication being utilised. Maximum efficiency. Should I send a mail about my concern as well?
