I have a Galaxy S10 plus. Notifications stop working all the time. Submitted ticket when through a bunch of uninstall, clear data, turn phone on and off, etc. Then they started working again. A couple weeks later they stopped again. Tried to reach out to my rep and got a auto response he's out of office and not checking emails. No return date. I'm busy. I don't have time to keep reporting same issues over and over again with new tickets.

no longer receiving push notifications on Android. requested a ticket and haven't heard from anyone. logged in online and noticed there was a new administrator added, that i didn't add. i assume it was a tech trying to duplicate the issue. but i haven't been contacted, whatsoever. lite features. would prefer to have more browser features available. like showing timeline for callers. texting from the call log instead of copying the number then switching to text screen

It's been working very well for me. A few things that would be more helpful. When adding notes to a call it would be nice if it could attach to all the following calls. So when you get another call it would show previous notes allowing to continually add. It would also be a help if you could rename the calls. And in the Tags section. A custom option that would allow us to create one.
