About this app

Up until now, our CIG Mobile App has been limited to only personal auto policyholders. After months of hard work, we are pleased to announce that the app is now available for all personal lines policyholders (homeowners, renters, and more)!

CIG personal lines policyholders are now able to:
-View their policy details
-View account balance and make a payment
-Set up automatic payments or update existing settings
-Start their claims process
-Register and create their online profile directly in the app

The website was having some fatal error ("we are experiencing problems with the site") after clicking my policy # to view it and skipping the "sign up for paperless billing" screen. I was hoping to get through via the mobile app, but it won't accept the same username and password I use for the website, which is wild.

Can't log in with my credentials. I get an error that says I dont have a policy. Can't reset password & says I'm already registered when I try to register.

Have had the app for years and it has been great. Accidentally logged out, and now will not let me log back in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still says it won't work. I can log in on a desktop, but same username and password will not work on the app. It won't even let me go through the forgotten password or username function. Feeling a bit stuck. Any suggestions?
