It seems to be a very functional app, one that has been needed for quite some time. It's quaint and has a similar browsing experience to being in a Web browser so there isn't much of a learning curve to it...once you've been able to log in. Once you have bypassed the frustration of being able to login to your account the first time, access to your account (whether online or through the app) is seamless and pertinent information is displayed rather quickly. Good work on developing this app.

The way it was it was working beautifully. Now... I can't get a statement. I can't email for assistance from the app. I can't sign in from abroad if I am not roaming because it want me to get a number for the OTP which only send it to the Cayman mobile number. I called for assistance and they said they can't assist. I email for assistance and no one contact me as yet. Definitely if it's not broken don't try to fix it... please return to previous version of online banking or fix issues. Let me also add... they said log in from your computer and when I try it says the computer not registered so can't access from computer... LOL what a joke and it is not funny at all. I need assistance!!!!!

This is by far the worst version update I've ever seen of this app. The original version was 12 times better. I've been trying to reset my password for almost 5 days now, and I keep getting error messages or it times out. What is wrong with this thing!
