It also gives complete real time information about all the accounts of the customer.

Kerala Gramin bank is the first Regional Rural Bank in the country to launch a such an app.

Ratings and reviews

The worst experience I have ever got from a banking app. Opened my Account in 2017 and still haven't given me an ATM debit card. Saying even after 5 years they're still short of the cards. No other options for any transactions in the app other than to just check the balance and to see if the account is active or not. Now the App is suddenly logout and can't login again ...

On of the worst banking app which I have used. I cant know my statement, my balance. And even when i send a feedback it is also not going and i get a notification that it's not connected to the server. Don't know what to say 😔

I couldn't complete the registration because the app suddenly exits when selfie is clicked! When tried on a different device, the SMS never arrived :( Thank you for your reply. Tried the app again. My android version is 11. Now it doesn't go beyond the first screen.
