I actually purchased this book. There are a great deal of different directions the narrative could take such as artist that inspired you, make up of the band, whether your a drummer or guitarist. Unfortunately, the narrative moves very quickly without much character development and I never got an ending where my parents were cool with me becoming a Rock Star. I guess that's the cost of playing the Devil's music but still kinda sad. Great replay value and decent narrative but a bit short.

I've played almost every Choice of game and this is one of the weakest. As a lot of people are saying, it starts out great, then goes downhill very quickly. I didn't feel like any of my choices made big differences, none of the band members seemed to have any impact on the story, I didn't care about the player character much at all, it's over before any real character development takes place, pronouns are all over the place, etc. etc.
