Clunky, misleading, and confusing user interface - Billing inconsistencies are frequent and network reliability is atrocious. Update: If you're currently a Circles.Life subscriber and you're trying to leave, make sure to port out at least a week before your bill date as there is an artificial lock in feature called 'secure me' that could cause your port out to fail. Haven't been able to make phone calls for over a month. App is still a complete mess 2 years after my original post.

The app quickly tells you what you need to know (data remaining, call mins reminding etc) and makes it a breeze to get temp upgrades like overseas data, but what really grates me is the constant marketing messages over push notifications, especially the one where it tries to get ppl to sign up for their "unlimited" data (without telling them the price in the msg, makes ppl think it's free) — I get that one every 2 days or so, via email, via push; it's incredibly annoying. Stop it please.

Do not make predatory pop-up advertisements in your mandatory account app. I should not be given a push ad, and close out of it only to find it was "consent" to upgrade to 1TB as a trial, and that I will be charged twice my bill for it the following month unless I disabled it myself. It should not happen AT ALL. Will be lodging a report to google regarding the marketing practices. You are a telco provider, not a game company with hidden microtransactions.
