UPDATE: I contacted tech support, I don't have screenshots and didn't wrote down all the times this has happened... I'm tired of losing money and coins on this game, so I'm going to uninstall and walk away... fun game with NO ADS .... BUT game freezes and I have to close the app (and lose progress) too often! lately, the board is cleared but won't finish unless I use more coins... can that be fixed? Very frustrating

Absolutely loved this game however i have found that once i use the special powers or get the special globe after 10 plays the game freezes up making you have to restart which forces you to lose your entire work you sat getting thru for over half an hour. I have contacted support a few times to get this fixed yet nothing is done except a couple points given which does Absolutely nothing to put me back to where i was. tired of wasting time only to have to lose it all over and over. Uninstalling

This game gets hard very quickly, which I understand. However, I was on chapter 16 & had the full duck crate & the double blaster going for me & I won the game, then the screen froze. It wouldn't do anything & I figured if I reloaded it, I would lose everything & I had no choice. I lost everything. Now, I would have just written to the company to complain, but there is nowhere to send an email. They need to know when things like this happen. It's a fun game though.
