What a terrible waste of time. It's almost as if Major League Rugby actually wants the sport to fail in the US. All of the apps - browser-based, Android, Apple and Roku - absolutely suck. The interfaces make the 90's look like the brave new world, the subscription content doesn't even work, customer service is non-existent, basic functionality isn't even built in (you can't even log in on the Roku app for christ's sake). What a shameful waste of rugby fans' time and money.

Terrible app, clunky, hard to use on a TV, difficult to control subscription, poor quality/resolution, opaque company, hard to do business with, app seems to have been developed about 15 years ago and then never updated to work with current tech. Worst thing that could happen to Rugby in the US. Whoever is responsible for this joke needs to be fired immediately.

Gets a 2 because it's the only place to get Prem Rugby. The navigation & general UI are horrible. It's really difficult to bifurcate between competitions (Prem League vs. Prem Cup, for example) and there's no ability to filter between rounds. Games also get posted really late post final whistle. It's often 24+ hours before a replay of a game and by then the weekend is over. Much room for improve. This is a 1.0 version App. Also, WHY IS THERE NO TV APP? And no "resume watching" option??
