About this app

COMMITLY is a mobile add-on for the COMMITLY application that gives users a streamlined way to manage their card activity on the go.
Once enabled, it connects directly to the user's COMMITLY account and provides the following core capabilities:
- Card Transaction Review - Users can browse and monitor transactions made on their Credit cards in real time, directly from their mobile device, without needing to access the full desktop application.
- Receipt Capture & Attachment - After a card sales operation is performed in COMMITLY, users can attach a receipt by taking a photo directly from their device camera. This keeps expense records organized and audit-ready without manual data entry.
- Seamless Add-on Activation - The wallet is enabled through the COMMITLY application settings, making it a native extension of the existing workflow rather than a standalone product.
Typical Use Flow:

Enable the COMMITLY Wallet add-on in COMMITLY settings
Open a Credit card under COMMITLY > Cards
Perform a card sales operation
Open COMMITLY on mobile to review the transaction
Attach a receipt photo via camera

It is designed for users who need quick, mobile access to transaction history and receipt management without leaving the COMMITLY ecosystem.

What's new

Users can now approve or reject payable bills from the COMMITLY Spend mobile app using swipe gestures or buttons on the detail screen.
Bills badge - The Bills icon shows a red dot with the count of pending records.
Record list & details - Each bill shows counterpart, invoice ID, amount due, and days since invoice. The detail screen adds the approval policy name and tax.
Reject - Swipe left or tap Reject. Record moves to "Rejected".
