Every day we produce a very fresh homemade ice cream. The constant search for maximum quality does not provide for shortcuts and savings of any kind. We are committed to selecting the best raw materials, starting from organic, genuine and all-Italian milk, produced in full respect of animals and the environment without the use of genetically modified organisms.
We do not use preparations, artificial colors, preservatives, hydrogenated fats or chemical devilries. We choose the best of the products that the area offers: pistachio from Sicily, hazelnut from Piedmont, almond from Toritto, cocoa masses from traced supply chains whose key word is: sustainability.
Our sorbets are also made with at least 60% fruit and raw cane sugar: an explosion of taste and freshness.
