What's the rationale for the app if it opens directly to website? I thought the app would be its own separate platform. Just seemed like a waste of time. It wasn't any faster, convenient, or efficient. Might as well just go directly to the website.

Don't waste your money. I have still not received my contacts that were ordered almost 3 weeks ago. They sent me the wrong order, tried to blame it my eye doctor, accepted my return, and have yet to mail me what I ordered. And then talking to customer service gets you nowhere. No one seems to have any idea what is going on.

Terrible customer service. Don't order from them.
