The payment system fine, but the process for electricity outage complaints is problematic. On multiple occasions, complaints have been closed with false "resolved" updates without the issue actually being fixed. Additionally, calling 1912 to report this leads to the same unhelpful response: "Sir, the substation isn't receiving our call. We'll update you when they do," yet they never call back.

All of my 6 consecutive complaints so far in last 2 days regarding high voltage problems being faced, have been marked as completed without any visit/ resolution. Even complaints lodged by central service.no. 1912 are being marked as completed. I suggest for marking complete, OTP system must be introduced. One OTP to be provided to customer, which can only be given to electrician after satisfactory and real completion of task. pls.look in to my problem
