It worked great the first few days of school, but since a few days ago it only queues one of our kids in the school's system, but both show up as queued in my app. So, every day now I have to walk inside to get one of my kids from the front office while the other one shows up as being released, but by a teacher who he doesn't even have. Great idea for an app, but has major issues!

Hate this app. It takes forever to load and you have to go through too much for it to work sometimes. It doesn't work as well as schools think it does. You also have to either drive with your location on or text and drive right as you're reaching the school for it to work properly.

My kids school is trying this out and so far it is horrible. I opened the app to have it ready to click the release button and it decided that I wanted to release my kid while I was still way back in line. Lots of confusion. So far it makes picking up my child take much longer

Hey Sam,
You can select your students for manual queueing on the student's page. Deselect the days that you don't want to automatically queue. Please be patient with your school, they're getting the hang of getting an automated dismissal safety system implemented. Contact support@dashpass.net if you have any questions.
