Ratings and reviews

Phone Verification Problem App is asking for phone number verification. On the screen it displays a message to select your phone SIM. Fact is that my phone is single SIM phone. And there is no button or link to select or move forward. App has completely became useless now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still same problem. Don't you check your apps before releasing on Google Play Store? Lots of customers facing the same issue. Why there is no update yet?

Seriously the app has lot connection issues in every transaction. Seems like DCB Bank IT department uses very outdated software

I am happy with changes. Very easy to use. 29|5|24 Recently the app has become really annoying. Keeps asking to register again and again. Keeps asking to verify the number frequently. It has become really frustrating to use.
