The entire show, any time we tried to use the in-app ordering feature for both food/drink and merch, it would just say "No event active" and take us to an error screen. Sounds like from other reviews the order feature isn't worth it anyways, so I guess we didn't miss much, but it's such a waste to make us download an entire app when the only useful function of it doesn't even work.

The app used to be great for buying tickets, but now the portion of the screen that's dedicated to selecting tickets is tiny, and very difficult to use. A large portion of the screen has what appears to be a swipeable dropdown that has no purpose, and can't be dropped down. The ticket buying feature is virtually useless. This is with the Android version.

Nice app that is well organized, however the android version did not let me purchase tickets for a concert. I got to select the tickets, click checkout, but then a 5 minute timer started with no ability to move forward with entering credit card information. Luckily my partner had an iphone and the iOS version let them buy our tickets, but this was a frustrating experience with a critical part of the app.
