One step forward and then two steps back. The whole point of an app is to not go to the branch but unfortunately you will still end up at the branch. My password couldnt work and the online solution or call center where not helpful and the advise is "go to a branch". To negotiate an exchange rate "will have to be at the branch". You send money and it doesnt go "you will go to a branch 😂" and thats when you will find out it was a DFCU network problem. I still have alot to say but 500 word limit.

It's been a good app with easy prompts to follow. The greatest challenge had been when one wants pair with trust factor especially when one has changed a phone and wants to put account into another phone. However, updating the app, uninstalling and reinstalling DFCU app has worked for for me. Same case when using the trust factor, uninstalling and reinstalling it when pairing data has been erased from DFCU customer support has worked out for me. I give it a 5 ⭐

I tried to log in my account but they always tell me to register on trustfactor but when they sent me the sms token, they always tell me that they are sorry that the data I have entered is incorrect yet the account is mine and I know everything not that I login when am drunk that I forget others.
