App is clunky. It always has me reset my fingerprint, which requires my password, which us counterintuitive to using my fingerprint. This last round I hit use fingerprint, was prompted to enter password, which then said "fingerprint recognized" and then logged me in. Transfers are only made with passwords and not with the biometric features within the app. Just bad.

Works ok, I don't think it's necessary to put my password in again for an internal account transfer if I'm already logged in. I have a bit of issue with connecting an external account for funds transfer which is a bank issue. The app is relatively easy to navigate.

The app is very easy to use, has all the tools I need, and customer service is very responsive whenever an issue develops, like that security bug a while back. This is what good app design looks like
