For something that has the audacity to call itself "Direct Access" and "Quick" it certainly is far from those. Wasted hours trying to input my data, tried on 2 mobile devices and web via PC, and all said that my data was invalid, so I ended up having what I needed manually as in driving to the nearest Dukcapil branch. What is this even for?

Yet another app made ONLY to reach the Indo gov bureaucratic yearly target. The app doesn't work. I cannot register myself (nor any of my family members) despite filling & refilling the data (and clear cache and reinstall the bloody app). The 38MB only app size is no surprise then, it's got nothing in it. Did you guys even test the app for yourself before the release?? I doubt it.

I have already input all the correct data but i still can't registered with the problem term and condition cannot checklist...i did this over and over again but still can't work,so i try to contact service center about this but their just said "on trouble" without solution.. So,what the fuction this apps???!!!!
