I like the app, however we can't give our feedback regarding driver also feedback there, so I came to here. The driver always skip torowitan bus stop if they on high speed and didn't use the left road instead use the most right road to skip the bus stop. please fix it, I wasting my time just to witness that they skipped my bus stop. Again happened, on pangsud bus stop, the driver skip the bus stop again and again 😩

I think this app needed an update because it have so many bugs in the app, example: i cant press the log out button and log in button and i cant see the bus location while i cant log in.

it is usefull, but it would be more if the app has 'my location' function, so the taker no need to zoom in and out the map for looking nearest bus stop in his/her area. and maybe you should checking out other riding sevice apps, it can be a reference for improving the app, as example 'my location' function, moving nearest (animation) bus, etc...
