Your services in repayment schedule for token are extremely poor, and it's nothing to write home about. Your WhatsApp generated chat is even worse My payment in different times amounting to 40k is still hanging and not resolved until this day. Why? I forwarded payment receipts and several chats, all to no avail. What I keep hearing is that your agents are working on it. I can't wait to switch from D.light to a better one. You are not in the business to guarantee customer's satisfaction!

This is the worst app ever and Dlight is daylight scam, How can I pay ₦303,400 for a Solar only to find out it can't even power a fan for 5 hours. They make you agree to rules knowing fully well you will regret buying it and then hold it against you. The app doesn't even show all the transaction history of the money you pay, a payment app without transparency is a big time scam. I'm rating you one star for bad app, bad device and extremely poor customer service.

the worst app ever sometimes they lock your device just because you are in a place with no wifi even after you have made payments and when you call them all they tell you is get to a place with wifi very annoying and inconveniencing plus let's not talk of how overpriced their devices are
