konek2CARD is a mobile banking service provided by CARD MRI that allows clients to conduct financial transaction remotely using a mobile device such as android phone.

Through this app, clients can conduct financial transactions like cash-in, cash-out, and pay loans.

Client Inquiries:
Balance Inquiry
- To check balance of latest savings and outstanding balance of loans
Mini Statement
- To see the last 10 Transactions made in your account using konek2CARD mobile application, ATM, over-the-counter, payroll deposit etc.
E-statement
- Last 60 Days Transaction made thru konek2CARD mobile application, over-the-counter, ATM etc.
Transaction History
- To see the transaction history of the mobile application only. Transaction range is up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
- Amount of fee or charge of the transaction made thru konek2CARD Agents.

Self Initiated:
Cardless Withdrawal
- Can do cash withdrawal in Digital Cash Machine (DCM) by using QR code generated on the konek2CARD application.
Cash out Request
- Can do cash withdrawal in konek2CARD Agents by using QR code or Reference number generated in konek2CARD application.
Client Initiated Payment
- Can be used to pay loan’s weekly due or monthly due by using the savings account.
Fund Transfer
- Can be used to transfer desired amount of money to other CARD SME BANK accounts or to your own other CARD SME Bank accounts.

Agent Assisted:
Agent Assisted Payment
- Used by the agents to help their co-members in paying their loans with MBA and Savings with corresponding fees.
Cash in
- Used by customer/agent to deposit on their savings accounts thru Agents with corresponding Fees.
Cash out Completion
- Used by agents to help their co-members to withdraw from their savings accounts with corresponding fees.

The app is really helpful. My every transaction is smooth and I have never been blocked. But whenever someone is asking me for help about their accounts being blocked, I can't help but feel frustrated of the customer services! I've been calling for so many times but they are always busy or they just keep on ringing. Also to most, the locked amount is not right that it became a hassle to the user. Please do something about these.

This app is a lot of bugs. After accidentally input wrong data, the app will automatically block you from opening your account. It will recommend you to contact the customer service for reactivation of your account. I also try to reset my account but after inputing my data which the right data that I input before, I received a prompt that I input invalid information.

Not tested properly. When app asked you to create a new password, it says special characters are required, but when you try to input exclamation mark (!) it's not letting you. When you get to the login screen, it will let you input exclamation mark in the password field. That's a very basic test case you should have considered before you deployed the app to production.

Hi, konek2CARD application only accepts this following characters (@#$%^&+=_.,) as you can see in change password form. Yes, you can input it (!) in login page as well as other characters that is not mention above because the application allows you to input but it will not accept it, as it's an application limitation. Thank you.
