Booked a taxi in advance ( 10 hours ahead) for a flight, no confirmation, no contact,no option to add a child seat in selected vehicle ( minivan; for instance, nothing that would make me feel confident about my planned trip.Very unreliable this, feels like nothing happening, as they wouldnt care much about their customers. The trip were canceled, looking for another taxi provider, to keep me ensured my trip wont be fulfilled with troubles.bye.

After ordering a car with my final point provided and waiting for 10 minutes (with the approximate price of 2€), I driver finally arrived, he was completely unaware of my final destination and kept asking where is it. If that wasn't enough, he increased the price of the journey up to 5€ -the offer, which I, obviously, declined. Very bad experience - better use Bolt.
